Maintenance Support is provided through a contract with a customer whereby the supplier agrees to fix a problem on equipment within a certain time frame.

Service level agreements on stock holding and repair time can be agreed.

Repair

Manufacturing are skilled at diagnosis and repair to component level. We fault find for many of our customers on product of varied ages.
Our diagnosis and repair of BGA is supported by our Ersa IR550 rework station.
